Welcome to ‘THE CULINARY SLATE’

A culinary student deciding to spread the knowledge about the wonderful world full of colorful cooking ingredients and breaking them down to the very last known detail , getting the recipes for the same.

My style of cooking is pretty much like a blank canvas as a learning chef I can soak up pretty much everything easily, still I love to make handmade pastas, practice the very basics of molecular cooking whilst not forgetting my basics and aiming to learn the French culinary.
